Please send your order through our secure online shopping cart found on this site. Unfortunately, at the present time we do not accept phone orders. If you feel more comfortable speaking with someone, please call one of our retailers found on the “where to buy” list above. They will be happy to help you with any questions you may have!

Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted and confirmed. If your credit card is denied, you will receive an error message immediately and you will have the option to enter a new card number if this happens.
Cancellations:
Your order is important to us and we make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Therefore, if there is an error or mistake with your order, cancellations and changes may be made if the order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments to orders currently being processed may be accommodated by emailing us at customersfirst@stiruppz.com.
Backorders:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to temporarily run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, we will alert you in your Shipping Notification email. Charges for back-ordered items will not be made to your credit card until the item has shipped.
Shipping & Taxes
Stiruppz does all of our shipping via USPS, unless otherwise specified, and shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Stiruppz is based in Virginia and all of our shipping will originate from there. A 5% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Virginia.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your experience! If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, return the product with receipt and original packaging within 15 days for a full refund. Please email us for a return authorization slip and mailing address at customersfirst@stiruppz.com.
